Not Resources. Resourcefulness.
When you depend on resources that are limited, you are at the mercy of the resource. If and when it runs out, you're done. Cultivating resourcefulness is key to true sustainability. There are no limits to a person's resourcefulness.
Leading & Following
Sustainable development is about developing skills as leaders but also knowing when it is appropriate to step back. Getting this right is a delicate dance of knowing when to lead and listening for when to follow
Radical Listening
Being able to receive feedback, hear what is and isn't being said, and incorporate it into the process without making it mean something personal is a vital part of what makes this movement successful. By refusing to stay in our own echo chamber, we become exposed to new opportunities.
